Dr. Rubin Chandran is the CEO and founder of Renasolve, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience as a practicing clinical nephrologist. He has established multiple inpatient nephrology and dialysis programs across the country, and has years of experience as a dialysis unit medical director in both acute and chronic settings. He resides in Cheyenne, WY.

Jimmy A. Thomas, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Jimmy A. Thomas serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Renasolve Inc., where he brings over a decade of clinical experience and a deep commitment to advancing health equity through innovation. A board-certified nephrologist, Dr. Thomas has dedicated his career to improving outcomes for patients with complex kidney disease, especially those in underserved communities.
After completing his medical training at the University of Oklahoma and fellowship at the University of Washington, Dr. Thomas developed a strong reputation for patient-centered care, medical education, and systems-level thinking. He is passionate about ensuring that every patient receives timely, high-quality care, and he is a recognized advocate for using technology to reduce disparities in access and outcomes.
At Renasolve, Dr. Thomas leads clinical service implementation, helping to shape data-driven, scalable solutions that support both patients and providers. He brings to the role a unique blend of frontline experience, public health insight, and a collaborative leadership style that fosters cross-functional alignment.
Outside of his leadership role, Dr. Thomas continues to mentor early-career physicians and contributes to national conversations around health equity, digital transformation in nephrology, and sustainable care models.
Cyril Kuriakose, MD

Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer

Dr. Cyril Kuriakose is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Renasolve, Inc., where he brings over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience in nephrology. In this role, he leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to elevate patient care, drive innovation, and optimize operational performance across the renal care continuum.
A board-certified nephrologist and accomplished healthcare executive, Dr. Kuriakose has a distinguished record of building impactful partnerships with hospital systems and dialysis organizations. His ability to integrate clinical expertise with business strategy enables him to foster collaborative solutions that advance quality of care and expand access to kidney care services.
Dr. Kuriakose has led large physician groups with a focus on operational efficiency, clinical integration and scalable growth. His leadership has consistently resulted in improved service delivery, enhanced patient outcomes, and sustainable organizational performance.
At Renasolve, Dr. Kuriakose is dedicated to addressing the needs of underserved communities through innovative care models and strategic collaboration. His commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement positions him as a respected leader in the field of nephrology, known for his dedication to improving care for all patients.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Kuriakose enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling and hiking in the scenic landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
JR Weiss

General Counsel

Walter Weiss, Jr. (“JR”) serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Renasolve Inc., where he brings over two decades of business, real estate and legal experience. Mr. Weiss received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Slippery Rock University, graduating summa cum laude, before proceeding to Willamette University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree.
He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Oregon, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has appeared in cases in 26 of Oregon’s 36 counties. Mr. Weiss is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest, purely anonymous, peer-review rating available for lawyers. Peer-reviews include confidential input from local attorneys and judges. He also previously held a commercial real estate principal broker license in Oregon.
For more than twenty years, Mr. Weiss has created and maintained all types of business entities, including limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, non-profit corporations and professional corporations. Within that framework he is also experienced in establishing assumed business names. His transactional work includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, employment agreements, contracts, assignment and assumption agreements, nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements, leases and joint-venture agreements. This experience is invaluable to Renasolve, Inc., as Mr. Weiss in uniquely skilled in a multitude of legal areas.
In addition to his broad general business law background, Mr. Weiss also brings to Renasolve, Inc. extensive experience in all types of commercial real estate transactions. He has real estate development and redevelopment experience in office, retail, multifamily, residential and industrial product types. In addition, Mr. Weiss has successfully completed land partitions, easements, and navigated land-use restrictions including environmental disputes regarding runoff, wetlands, and contamination, all which he uses to benefit Renasolve, Inc. as it continues to expand and grow.
A Contrarian? Maybe. But without doubt, Mr. Weiss provides Renasolve, Inc. with an unconventional, yet logical and reasoned approach to each legal matter.
Cathy Kane

Director of Human Resources

Cathy Kane brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, with a diverse background spanning Medical Services, Management Consulting, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. This breadth of experience provides her with a well-rounded and strategic perspective on HR practices. Cathy is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and stays current on evolving regulations and best practices in human resources and employee benefits.
Zizi Dimopoulos

Administrative Business Partner and Credentialing Coordinator

Zornitza Dimopoulos serves as Administrative Business Partner and Credentialing Coordinator at Renasolve, where she provides strategic administrative support to the CEO and contributes to the seamless execution of day-to-day operations in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
In her credentialing capacity, Zornitza acts as a key liaison between Renasolve’s physicians and hospital credentialing teams, ensuring all credentialing processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Before joining Renasolve, Zornitza spent 17 years at Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, where she advanced from Billing Associate to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In that role, she played a critical part in validating and analyzing complex systems to support the successful onboarding of high-profile clients.
She holds degrees in Agricultural Business and Marketing. Outside of work, Zornitza enjoys baking, gardening, and traveling. She is guided by the words of Socrates: “Wisdom begins in wonder.”
Kendall Beatty

VP of Clinical Operations

With nearly 30 years of experience as a registered nurse—25 of those in dialysis—Kendall Beatty brings deep clinical expertise and operational leadership to Renasolve. He has held a range of senior roles across the dialysis industry, including Vice President of Clinic Services, Regional Director, and Director of Operations.
Throughout his career, Kendall has remained committed to advancing patient care through innovation and operational excellence. His passion lies in improving outcomes and expanding access to life-saving kidney care, particularly in underserved communities.
At Renasolve, he’s proud to be part of a team that embraces possibility, focusing on solutions rather than limitations. His ongoing mission is to deliver exceptional experiences to both patients and partners, ensuring high-quality care is accessible where it's needed most.
Kalani Ieremia

Director of Vascular Access Services

Mr. Ieremia brings over two decades of experience in nephrology, with extensive expertise in both in-center hemodialysis and home dialysis therapies. He began his career as a dialysis technician, earning certifications in all aspects of direct patient care. For more than nine years, he has been affiliated with an ambulatory surgery center specializing in dialysis vascular access interventions and has provided vascular access education to a broad range of nephrology professionals.
Deeply committed to advancing patient care, Mr. Leremia is driven by a passion for healthcare and a strong respect for those who exceed the standard of care. He continually strives to uphold and surpass those high standards in his own work.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Leremia values spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Walter Hernandez

Director of Finance and Strategy

Walter holds both a Bachelor’s in Healthcare and an MBA from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He began his career in dialysis as a patient care technician, eventually becoming a facility manager and later opening and leading one of the largest clinics in Portland. His drive to understand the business side of healthcare led him into private practice and, later, into the world of finance—working at firms including Goldman Sachs, where he managed assets and equities for some of the world’s largest hedge funds and financial institutions. As Director of Finance and Strategy, Walter is focused on ensuring the company’s long-term financial health while driving strategic growth across operations and business development.
