Our Story
Renasolve was started in 2020 to improve nephrology and dialysis services for patients in rural and underserved communities. Our nephrologists have the experience and expertise to provide the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient kidney care. This can range from hospital inpatient coverage to outpatient nephrology clinics, as well as dialysis patient care.
Renasolve currently operates in six states—Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, North Carolina and North Dakota—with other multiple programs in various stages of development.

Dr. Rubin Chandran: CEO & Founder Renasolve Inc.
Dr. Rubin Chandran is the CEO and founder of Renasolve, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience as a practicing clinical nephrologist. He has established multiple inpatient nephrology and dialysis programs across the country, and has years of experience as a dialysis unit medical director in both acute and chronic settings. He resides in Cheyenne, WY.
